A Real Estate Investment Trust is an investment in several real estate addresses by pooling your investment with other investors.REIT’s can be publicly traded mutual funds or ETF’s. Depending on the investment, the real estate may be financed or owned outright. Most earn interest through rents received and also profit from addresses sold.
