What is a Prospectus & How do I Read it?

The prospectus, while not very exciting to read, is the document with the relevant information that investors would need to evaluate the investment.  It contains information on the company, those managing the investment, the costs of the fund, and the strategy of the investment to name a few of the topics. They are usually written in legalese.  If you want to read them, you may be interested in reading up on how the investment managers are investing your money in the investment strategy section.
